Flo Rida announced as headliner for annual Homecoming Concert

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Touch-N-Go Productions announced today that Grammy nominated artist Flo Rida will be headlining the annual Homecoming Concert on November 8.

The announcement was made in the Mori Hosseini Student Union by dropping banners from the upper floors, revealing the names of the artists. The band the rare occasions was also announced as the concert’s opening act.

Flo Rida is known best for his chart topping hits “Low” (featuring T-Pain), “Right Round” (featuring Kesha), and “Whistle”, as well as other popular songs including “My House” and “Good Feeling”. The rare occasions are most known for their song “Notion”.

The Homecoming concert is a yearly tradition as a part of Homecoming and Family weekend, which welcomes both alums and family of current student to campus for a celebration of Embry-Riddle. Organized by Touch-N-Go Productions, which is a division of the Student Government Association, past Homecoming Concert acts have included Neon Trees, Super Duper Kyle, and Fitz and the Tantrums.
